Returns Procedure

Our aim at Tough n Safe is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with the service and quality of our goods. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund. Please return the goods within 14 days to : Tough n Safe, 30 Llanover Way, Abergavenny, NP7 9SP

We will refund the full product purchase cost only when buyer pays for return postage and must be in original packaging. The product refund is based only on the provision that the items are returned in 100% re-saleable conditions. The item must not have been worn other than to be tried for size. We will not accept return if the items are dirty, even if subsequently cleaned. Please allow up to 7 working days from the day that you return your order for us to process your exchange or refund. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage caused by any third parties. Our product guarantee for faults from general wear and tear under normal use is valid for 28 days from receipt of product.
